Eligibility Requirements
To participate, you must be willing to:
- Commit to attending all six weekly sessions (Thursdays at 5:30 PM EST, lasting 60-90 minutes).
- Begin reducing your carbohydrate intake to 100g/day during the first two weeks of January.
- Be prepared to purchase a food scale and a Keto Mojo blood ketone and glucose meter.
- Be consistent in logging your meals and tracking daily macros.
- Share your valuable insights and experiences. Feedback can be provided through a written reflection or a video testimonial at the program's conclusion.
